Family School’s Athletic Director Bill Musgrove Named Section IX Athletic Administrator of the Year

After being the athletic director for twelve years at The Family Foundation School, Bill Musgrove was named the Section IX winner of the 2008/2009 New York State Athletic Administrator Award. The annual award is given to an outstanding Section IX athletic director for their dedication and involvement with students and sports at the school.
Musgrove will be attending a statewide conference in Saratoga, New York this spring where he will be recognized for his outstanding achievement.
It was an unexpected honor for Musgrove. Shortly after he was announced the winner, he made his way to his office to call the division himself and check on the facts. There were no mistakes.
“It was an absolute honor and privilege to receive this award. A big thanks to all the people at The Family School,” said Musgrove.
