Family Five and their leaders Pete and Caren Jacques are working harder than ever around The Family Foundation School.
Family Five has been going through some of the school problems in the past few weeks. Family Five student Christian H. said, “We are going through a rough time, but I know we can work through it.”
There are some students in Family Five who deserve credit for starting to put one foot forward and taking charge inside the family.
Sean C. and Karen S. received junior sponsoring, and Megan R., Heather G., Patrick M., and Justin N. are anchors. Justin received his anchor from his loving sponsor Christian.
New students from Family Eight have stepped up to be a great support. They are Vic C., Patrick M., Heather G., and Karen S. “They adapt very well in terms of picking up the roles inside of Family Five,” Pete said.
Family Five seems to be moving toward being more of a family. “There is a really positive energy running within the family right now,” Megan said.
Family Five is looking forward to the cabin fever trip planned by Joe Rogalavich. They are going rollerblading, laser tagging, and eating some great food. “I am really excited for the trip this weekend, and I think it will give our family a good chance to come together and unite,” Christian said with confidence.
Max Jacques, the certified pet therapy dog, seems to be fulfilling his role in Family Five as the smile-maker very well. Caren explained, “That’s where he got his name wiggle butt.”
