Family Four started the month of March anticipating a fun-filled cabin fever trip on the last weekend of the month.
America Restaino, a staff member in Family Four, had been on leave since the beginning of February recovering from knee surgery. “We’re all praying for her. Hopefully, she comes back soon,” Family leader Joe Petriella said before Restaino’s return. She is having a smooth recovery and returned to work in the last week of March.
Although the season did not officially start until April 1, JT H. and Evan H., both member of the Falcons golf team, said that they were looking forward to it all month. “It’s been hard work and it requires a lot of patience” said Evan, about the team’s preparation for the golf season. Family One’s Andrew A., captain of the golf team, said that both JT and Evan seem “excited to improve their game while having fun on the course.”
Sean M. and Claire B. both received the RA pin in early February, and since then, according to Khal M., “They’ve both been doing a good job helping the family.”
Family Four’s singers are all busily preparing for the North American Music Festival in Hershey, Pa. “We still have to have our parts memorized by the end of the month. I’m pretty excited for it,” said Rebecca C., a Family Singer.
With spring just around the corner, Family Four enjoyed the warm weather in March. “It’ll be good to get outside. Hopefully the warm weather will stay for good.”
