“The state of Family Four is pretty good,” said Family Leader Joe Petriella.
Family Four is preparing for the upcoming graduation in June. Petriella explained that they have their graduation party planned out. Family One and Family Four will be going to Oquaga Creek State Park for a barbeque and a day of fun.
The family is continuing to become more unified, but with June nearing, more students are expected to uphold all of the principles of the school.
“I see a lot of people stepping up which is needed due to the upcoming graduation,” said Pat C. J.T. H., Khal M., Chris L., Jimmy K., Robbie O. and Nicole H. have all been stepping up recently and supporting their family. Nicole H. has just received her first buddy as well. Her name is Rebecca B.
Several students were also involved in this semester’s Family Day performance on May 9. Ezekiel G., Khal, Jake S., Jimmy S., Mary B., Rebecca C., Nicole H., Jordan S., and Sarah W. were all part of the performance.
“We have a really strong group of girls. Our relationships are great, I believe a lot of it comes from our communication and the trust we have for each other,” said Sarah.
