This month Family Five welcomed Drew L. to the family. Josh K. received buddy and shadowing. Heather G. rotated her anchor back to Megan R.
Family leaders Pete and Caren Jacques are planning a family graduation party at Annie and Gerald Janauer’s farm where they will be having a barbeque in mid-June.
Cajai F. is leading Family Five in their planning for the Memorial Day parade at The Family Foundation School.
Students are also helping out with the Nesting Bird Support Team. “We’re all grateful that spring has sprung,” said Pete Jacques, “We’re spending a lot more time outside and everybody is glad for that.”
Several boys from Family Five will be going to the upcoming AA Convention in Ithaca, N.Y. and are looking forward to the experience.
Everybody is glad that nice weather has finally come and has been enjoying the recreation time outside.
Family Five’s June graduates are both excited and nervous that graduation is so near. The family will be losing about 10 students next month, and wishes them the best of luck.
Many students are stepping up and helping out in the family. The newer students have been adjusting well and are making a smooth transition into The Family School lifestyle.
