Family Foundation School alumni John F. invited Father Stephen Morris to Naples, Florida, to baptize his daughter, Ava Marie.
Father Stephen said, “John and I go way back and we have stayed in touch over the years.”
As a student, John excelled at FFS. Before graduating in 2003, he was a star Falcons’ basketball player.
John attends Ave Maria College in Florida and is happily married to his wife Ann. Ava Marie is their first child. John’s parents are the baby’s godparents. Ava Marie was baptized at St. Agnes Church in Naples.
“It was a pleasure for me to baptize the baby of a student from FFS, especially someone like John F.,” said Father Stephen. “I am very proud of John and Ann for living the Catholic life.”
“John is a wonderfully solicitous person,” he added. “He will make a great father.” Father Stephen said that John is a good friend to people and a very willing and generous person. “I believe that John will be a very protective father,” he added.
