Family Six wound down this month as they prepared for graduation.
Laura W., Jess B., Lavinia L., Bobby M., Tyler W., Phil D., Louis L. and Dylan S. all graduated from high school on June 27th.
Though the family will meet a hurdle following graduation, they are confident in the strength of the students who remain. “We have a good group of people in the family, and I’m sure things will work out,” said Jess B.
Jess will be attending Broward Community College in the fall. Phil will attend Chestnut Hill College, Louis Westchester Community College, Bobby Mont Clair State, and Dylan Bay State College.
Alex B. got his first buddy, Kevin G., a 16-year-old boy from Princeton, N.J. Though it is always tough coming to The Family Foundation School, Kevin has lots of support from the family.
Family Six also welcomed Danny R. into the family this month. He was greeted with open arms by his new family.
Students kept their heads in the books as Regents and final exams approached. The family tried to do fun activities to keep off the stress.
“We listened to music and watched movies when we had free time,” said Regina C.
