The spirits of Betton House students are soaring as they look forward to their upcoming pizza party at Elegante’s, which they won for coming in third place in the house challenges. “The competition really gave us a new found sense of pride and unity as a family,” says Luke V., a senior member of Betton House.
This month Betton house went through more changes than most, loosing students Raphael L., Aneeb A., Natasha S., and Greg R. Despite their hardships however, the Betton House students have been staying positive and stepping up to keep things running smoothly.
Liz K. is becoming a very strong support in the family, and received her first buddy, Liz O. Joe C., who also received junior sponsoring, said he focuses his attention on the newer and struggling students to keep things running smoothly.
Kyle F., Ricky S., and Frank D. made the boys soccer team, and Valentina A., Liz K., and Rachel R. for the girls team. In the upcoming production of My Favorite Year, Nash B., Patty R., Emilie M., and Max Z. will be giving it their all onstage. With all these students getting involved, one thing is for sure, Betton House will not be sliding by unnoticed this semester.
