Dan F. was awarded Student of the Month for the second time in a row at a school-wide assembly on October 1. Dan continuously gives back with his service and program work. He exemplifies the values this school is based on. “I feel honored and grateful to win Student of the Month a second time,” said Dan. Dan came to this school as a troubled teen who dealt with his problems in ways that were destroying his life. He found his solution in the 12-steps of AA. He is now experiencing the rewards of the program and is carrying the message to newcomers. In recognition for his achievement Dan will be honored with a dinner at a local Italian pizzeria.
